The advantages of 1mm printed circuit boards are obvious when faced with challenges such as cramped installation space, weight limitations or cooling optimization. With good heat storage, it is an ideal replacement for the commonly used 1.6mm products.

 

 

To ensure effective contact with the 1mm printed circuit board, Rhomburg introduced the RAST 2.5 Direct connector. The new connector, Model 3517-5, has been tried and tested billions of times and has a mature and reliable structure: 2.5mm contact spacing, secure locking to the circuit board, optional with or without bonding ribs and closed ribs, suitable for single conductor and ribbon cables; Due to the application of insulation displacement technology (IDT), the economical and efficient automatic wiring harness assembly can be realized.

 

Use 3-9 connectors with contact resistance ≤5 mΩ to carry current ratings of 4A (TU 70 °C) or 2A (TU 100 °C) at 32 V.
